We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via this website, / email /other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

4. Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

5. Registration

A user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name /email address/contact etc). This information is used to contact you about the event on the site in which you have expressed interest.

6. Orders

We request information from you on our registration form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name/email address etc) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

7. Sharing

We share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for event tickets. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

8. Governing Low

We will follow the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore.

9.Cancellation Policy

The event will be held in any and all weather conditions. The organisers reserve the right to change the program as required by circumstances and conditions at any time without notice. In the event that the event has to be cancelled tickets will be refunded on request within thirty days of such request. Event Organisers will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets when:

1. The ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event
2. The ticket has been duplicated
3. The ticket is lost, damaged, forged or stolen from someone else
4. The ticket holder has been refused entry or evicted from the premises under any of the circumstances outlined in the Terms and Conditions
5. The event does not meet his or her expectations
6. The program lineup or schedule changes

When a credit card company claim chargeback, we will conduct factual investigation with the credit card company. Once chargeback is confirmed, we will proceed the cancellation of the registration and refund of the ticket amount.
