Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we use the personal information collected from users when they use our web application "enavle".

1. Definition of Users

There are three types of users in enavle. These three groups differ in the data they collect, the methods of collection, and the ways in which the data is used.

  1. enavle Members

    • Refers to those who have registered as members on the enavle membership registration page (https://enavle.com/home/sign_up) using an email and password.
    • enavle members can log in to the management screen, and create or edit events.
    • Most enavle members are event organizers or personnel of event-related companies, but this may vary depending on the event.
    • Simply registering as an enavle member does not make one an event participant or a website visitor.

  2. Event Participants

    • Refers to those who have registered as participants in events created by enavle members.
    • Simply registering for an event does not make one an enavle member or a website visitor.

  3. Website Visitors

    • Refers to those who visit enavle or ACTIOPORT's marketing websites, landing pages, and send messages to us via contact forms.
    • Simply visiting the website and submitting a contact form does not make one an enavle member or an event participant.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

We collect the following data:

  1. Data Collected from enavle Members

    • Personal information (name, email address, phone number, company, job title, industry, etc.)
    • Event information (basic event information, event program, speaker information, sponsor information, survey information, registration form information, etc.)
    • Personal activity history (access history)

  2. Data Collected from Event Participants

    • Personal information (name, email address, phone number, company, job title, industry, etc.)
    • Personal activity history (access history, viewing history, click history, survey responses, attendance history at physical venues, etc.)
    • In some cases, certain activity histories may not be collected depending on the settings of the event organizer.

  3. Data Collected from Website Visitors

    • Personal information (name, email address, phone number, company)
    • Data obtained through browser type, operating system, date and time of visit, visited pages, and cookies. This information is used for improving website convenience, analysis, and personalization of advertisements.

3. How Is User Data Collected?

  1. Data Collection from enavle Members

    • Most of the data we collect is provided directly by you. We collect and process data when you:
    • Register online as a member.
    • Send us a message via a contact form or email.
    • Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.

  2. Data Collection from Event Participants

    • When event participants register for an event using enavle, we receive contact information after obtaining consent.
    • If the event organizer has integrated enavle with external software via API, enavle obtains data stored in the database of that software and saves it in our database.
    • When the event organizer uploads a CSV file containing the contact information of event participants on the enavle management screen, that contact information is saved in our database.
    • When the event organizer registers participants on behalf of them in enavle, their contact information is saved in our database.

  3. Data Collection from Website Visitors

    • We receive personal information from website visitors after obtaining consent through contact forms on enavle or ACTIOPORT's websites.

4. How Is User Data Used?

  1. enavle Members

    • Process orders and manage accounts.
    • Send system alerts via email or SMS.
    • Email you special offers on other services or proposals that may interest you.
    • If agreed by the event organizer, we may share the organizer's data with partner companies to enable them to offer products or services to enavle members.

  2. Event Participants

    • Save behavior history data linked to personal data and provide it to event organizers.
    • Event participant data is owned by the event organizer. They process participant data registration and send event-related emails such as confirmation, reminder, and thank you emails to participants.

  3. Website Visitors

    • Data collected from website visitors is used for site improvement, enhancing user experience, and statistical analysis.
    • Information provided by website visitors through contact forms is used for replying to inquiries and subsequent communications.

5. How Is User Data Stored?

We securely store user data on virtual private servers provided by DigitalOcean Inc.

All data is encrypted to strictly control access and protect against unauthorized access.

enavle members can request data deletion at any time. Please see the personal information protection rights detailed below.

Event participant data is deleted after a certain period following the event's conclusion, but event participants have the same personal information protection rights as enavle members and can request these rights from either the enavle member or our company at any time.

Website visitors can also request data deletion from our company. Please see the personal information protection rights detailed below.

6. What Are the Rights of Personal Information Protection?

We want all users to fully understand their rights regarding the protection of personal information.

All users have the following rights:

  • The right to access: Users have the right to request copies of their personal data from us.
  • The right to rectification: Users have the right to request that we correct any information they believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure: Users have the right to request that we erase their personal data under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing: Users have the right to request that we restrict the processing of their personal data under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing: Users have the right to object to our processing of their personal data under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability: Users have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization, or directly to them, under certain conditions.

1.利用者の定義

enavleでは3種類の利用者が存在します。この三者では収集するデータ、収集方法、データの利用方法が異なります。

  1. enavle会員

    • enavleの会員登録ページ(https://enavle.com/home/sign_up)でEmailとパスワードを設定して会員登録した方を指します。
    • enavleの管理画面にログインができ、イベントの作成や編集が可能です。
    • 多くの場合、enavle会員はイベント主催者やイベント関連会社のご担当者様になりますが、イベントによっては異なる場合があります。
    • enavleに会員登録しただけでは、イベント参加者、およびWebサイト訪問者にはなりません。

  2. イベント参加者

    • enavle会員によって作成されたイベントに、イベントの参加者として登録した方を指します。
    • イベントに参加登録をしただけでは、enavle会員、およびWebサイト訪問者にはなりません。

  3. Webサイト訪問者

    • enavleやACTIOPORTのマーケティング用ウェブサイト、ランディングページに訪問し、お問い合わせフォームから当社にメッセージを送信した方を指します。
    • Webサイトに訪問・お問い合わせフォームへの送信をしただけでは、enavle会員、およびイベント参加者にはなりません。

2.どのようなデータを収集するのですか？

当社は、以下のデータを収集します。

  1. enavle会員から収集するデータ

    • 個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、会社、役職、業界など）
    • イベント情報（イベント基本情報、イベントプログラム、スピーカー情報、スポンサー情報、アンケート情報、登録フォーム情報など）
    • 個人の行動履歴（アクセス履歴）

  2. イベント参加者から収集するデータ

    • 個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、会社、役職、業界など）
    • 個人の行動履歴（アクセス履歴、視聴履歴、クリック履歴、アンケート回答、リアル会場への来場履歴など）
    • イベント主催者の設定によっては、一部の行動履歴は収集されない場合があります。

  3. Webサイト訪問者から収集するデータ

    • 個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、会社）
    • ブラウザタイプ、OS、訪問日時、訪問ページ、Cookieを通じて得られるデータなどが含まれます。この情報は、Webサイトの利便性向上、分析、広告のパーソナライゼーションなどの目的で使用されます。

3.利用者のデータはどのように収集されますか？

  1. enavle会員から収集するデータ

    当社が収集するデータのほとんどを当社に直接提供します。次の場合にデータを収集して処理します。

    • オンライン会員登録
    • 問合せフォームまたは電子メールを送信された場合
    • ブラウザのCookieを介して当社のWebサイトを使用または表示した場合

  2. イベント参加者から収集するデータ

    • イベント参加者が、enavleを利用するイベントに登録すると、当社は同意を得た後に連絡先情報を受け取ります。
    • イベント主催者が、外部のソフトウェアとenavleをAPI連携をした場合、そのソフトウェアのデータベースに格納されているイベント参加者のデータをenavleが取得し、データベースに保存します。
    • イベント主催者が、イベント参加者の連絡先情報を含むCSVファイルを、enavleの管理画面上でアップロードをすると、その連絡先情報がenavleのデータベースに保存されます。
    • イベント主催者が、イベント参加者の代理でenavle上で参加者登録を作成すると、その連絡先情報がenavleのデータベースに保存されます。
    • 以下のような行動履歴は自動的に収集されます。

  3. Webサイト訪問者から収集するデータ

    • enavle、またはACTIOPORTのWebサイトのお問い合わせフォームで同意を得た後に当社は個人情報を受け取ります。

4.利用者のデータはどのように利用されるのですか？

  1. enavle会員

    • 注文を処理し、アカウントを管理します。
    • システムアラートをメール、またはSMSで送信します。
    • あなたが興味のありそうな他のサービスや提案の特別オファーをあなたにメールします。
    • イベント主催者が同意した場合、当社はイベント主催者のデータをパートナー企業と共有し、パートナー企業がenavle会員に製品やサービスを提供できるようにします。

  2. イベント参加者

    • 行動履歴データを個人データに紐づけて保存し、イベント主催者に提供します。
    • イベント参加者のデータは、イベント主催者が所有します。イベント主催者は、イベント参加者のデータ登録を処理し、イベント参加者に申込完了メールやリマインドメール、サンキューメールなどのイベント関連メールを送信します。

  3. Webサイト訪問者

    • Webサイト訪問者から収集したデータは、サイトの改善、ユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上、統計的な分析のために使用されます。
    • Webサイト訪問者が問い合わせフォームを通じて提供した情報は、その問い合わせに対する返信や後続のコミュニケーションのために使用されます。

5.利用者のデータはどのように保存されるのですか？

当社は、DigitalOcean Inc.が提供する仮想プライベートサーバーに利用者のデータを安全に保存します。

すべてのデータは、アクセスを厳格に制御し、不正アクセスから保護するために暗号化されます。

enavle会員はいつでもデータの削除を当社に要請することが可能です。以下に記載の個人情報保護権をご確認ください。

イベント参加者のデータに関しては、イベント終了後一定期間内に削除されますが、イベント参加者は、enavle会員、または当社に対していつでも以下に記載の個人情報保護権を有しています。

Webサイト訪問者についても、データの削除を当社に要請することが可能です。以下に記載の個人情報保護権をご確認ください。

6.個人情報保護の権利とは何ですか？

当社は、利用者の個人情報保護に関する権利のすべてを十分に理解していただきたいと考えています。

すべての利用者には、以下の権利があります。

  • アクセスする権利：利用者は当社に対し、ご自身の個人データのコピーを要求する権利があります。
  • 修正する権利：利用者には、不正確と考える情報を修正するよう当社に要求する権利があります。
  • 消去する権利：利用者には、一定の条件のもと、当社に対して利用者の個人情報を消去するよう要求する権利があります。
  • 処理を制限する権利：利用者には、一定の条件のもとで、当社が利用者の個人データの処理を制限することを要求する権利があります。
  • 処理に意義を唱える権利：利用者には、一定の条件のもと、当社による利用者の個人情報の処理に囲碁を唱える権利があります。
  • データポータビリティの権利：利用者は、一定の条件のもと、当社が収集したデータを他の組織または利用者に直接転送するよう、要求する権利を有します。

7.クッキーとは何ですか？
